Return Policy

All formal wear and evening gowns are FINAL SALE.  We are unable to provide a return or exchange for these items.

Jewellery and Sale or Clearance Items are FINAL SALE.

In store formal wear purchases are FINAL SALE.

If you have any inquiries and to ensure that you are purchasing the perfect dress for you, we can arrange a virtual fitting appointment if you are not able to visit us in store. You can also contact us through email and phone we are happy to help!

Exchange Policy

For vacation, office and any other regular priced items you are eligible for exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase, either online or in-store. There are NO REFUNDS

Items must be in original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for exchange. 

The item you wish to exchange must be sent back within the 7-Day period. Which means once you receive the item your 7-Day period starts and you must start an exchange within that time. If not, we will not be able to process your exchange and you may keep your item to enjoy. 

Tracking numbers and confirmation of your order will be provided through the email address used to place the order. Once we ship out your item(s), You & Me Fashion is not responsible for the loss of any packages. That will be between you and the shipping carrier.
